Yes, a recall has been issued for a very small number of our products.

We, along with our manufacturing partner, have implemented a program to help impacted customers.

FAQ

Q: What Nectar products are being recalled?

A: We have recalled a small number of Nectar Premier memory foam mattresses.

The impacted mattresses were purchased directly from us via our website, nectarsleep.com and were produced by our manufacturing partner, Elite Comfort Solutions.

The impacted mattresses were manufactured on one of two separate dates and in one of two separate sizes, as follows:

1. King-size Nectar Premier mattresses manufactured on September 24, 2021; and

2. Queen-size Nectar Premier mattresses manufactured on September 27, 2021.

Q: Have you contacted impacted customers directly?

A: Yes, we have sent communications to the E-mail-on-file for each impacted customer.

Q: How do I know/how can I tell if my mattress has been impacted?

Step 1: Check the model of your mattress. If it is not a Nectar Premier, your mattress was not impacted.

Step 2: Check the size of your mattress. If it is not Queen-size or King-size, your mattress was not impacted.

Step 3: Check your order details. If you did not purchase your mattress from us directly via our website, your mattress was not impacted.

Step 4: Check the “Date of Manufacture” on the law tag of the mattress. If your mattress was not manufactured on either September 24, 2021 (King-size) or September 27, 2021 (Queen-size), your mattress was not impacted.

Step 5: Check your E-mail inbox (including spam). We have sent multiple communications to all impacted customers regarding their product(s) and the recall.

Q: I'm pretty sure my mattress has been impacted, what do I do?

A: If you followed the steps above and you believe that your mattress has been impacted and you have not worked with our Customer Success team yet, you can reach out to us about your product via E-mail at assistance@nectarsleep.com. Please be prepared with your order number.

Q: How many products are being recalled?

A: About 700 mattresses in total
