Tips for Getting Kids Ready for School by Setting Their Sleep Schedules Now

Summer seems endless, especially when you’re a kid. The days are long, the water fights are fun, and the hot dogs are plentiful. It may be hard to think about, but school is just around the corner. So what should you be thinking about besides buying new clothes and school supplies?
