Eminem’s touring schedule leaves him traveling a lot, staying in different hotel rooms every night, so he’s taken to creating a war against UV light (which can harm our sleep). Not only does Eminem not sleep with electronics present, he also wraps tinfoil around the blinds in his hotel to block out extra UV light that could be getting in. While this probably isn’t necessary where you live, it is a good idea to keep your electronics away from your sleep space. UV light can mess up the signals for sleep in your body, taking those away can help you fall asleep right away (especially on comfy memory mattresses).
